TheOHIOBully ... where did So. Baron Phipps transfer in from ? (I'm assuming he transferred in with your choice of words "addition" ...

Baron Phipps was at Clinton-Massie. Very impressive athlete.

Has Adam Guthrie indicated he is staying at Miami Trace this winter to play basketball. Thought he would leave early to get started on his college football career.

I agree, just can't see many FAC teams getting in the way of MT this year.
But I do think there will be a few dog fights, as teams like Chillicothe and Jackson could make interesting games for MT. The group of Seniors for both MT and Jackson have had some really good battles through the past 10 years, and this will be their last go-round.

Someone from Miami Trace has got to know the answer to this question about Guthrie. Most football recruits of his caliber leave high school early to get started working out with their college team.

Leaving early for college football is a waste of time especually for lineman. Stay in school.

I believe Jackson will be the team to beat in FAC this year, however MT will be very good again. If Chilly can match the physicality of both Jackson and MT they could very easily be in the hunt as well. Courthouse returns some key players from last years squad. The FAC could and should be very interesting this year.

Jackson is 100% not the team to beat, they will probably lose 4 games in the FAC

Trace will beat them twice and Chilli will beat them twice.

Jackson, returning 95% of their scoring and rebounding from a season ago, will double their league losses from last season. Got it.

I'm guessing the starting five for the Panthers will be:

Guthrie
Whitaker
Bowers
Baker
Phipps

Huffman probably sixth man.

Napier/Armstrong will be role players

Barnard will relieve Guthrie at times which will be sparingly.

Panthers will be very good this year and are the favorite to win the FAC in my opinion.

The FAC will be a very solid league this winter.

I predict all six teams will finish with a winning record. I don't think that has happened for awhile.
