I only eat that kinda stuff when I'm feeling lousy. Old SC would starve around here. And have a thirst for beer, not hardly any of that around here either. Fridg is bare and dry.

Love me some ham , always fry some for breakfast the next day, always put some back for white beans at a later date. Just can't go wrong with a hamX8XOHIOLEGENDX7X wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2017 11:47 am Will be baking a ham with taters and green beans and rolls

Re: What's for Supper?
I'm going to head out to the Texas Roadhouse and have a steak. Ceasar salad and applesauce. They have a nice 8 oz. sirloin on sale on Wednesdays. Medium, yummy !

You like my big brother paldi, he always gets the cheaper little steaks there. Myself the bigger the better

Re: What's for Supper?
My appetite is under control. Steak, salad and applesauce is a balanced meal. Too much red meat is bad for you. Half pound is actually 4 oz. more than you need, nutritionally.

Re: What's for Supper?
I usually get the Ft.Worth 16 oz ribeye with steak fries and a salad and maybe a side of grilled shrimp . It's the only meal I eat all day when we go so I make it count lol
