Most do, not all update well though. Better to just follow hashtags from different outlets. For the Ross County area, follow #cghss and #SVCSportsTalk

Trimble does but there have been no activity since 2017.

U can get wheelersburg updates on mine @MaD_d0Gg. I post on mine as well as my fb so my out of town friends and fam can stay connected to burg sports

I get almost all of my scores from twitter. The best way to follow games from around the state I believe.

The MAC conference has an account. They post halftime scores and final scores and sometimes will retweet from user accounts from specific games.

I usually search for the school I’m looking for and find a reporter or fan who is live tweeting. Then I like one of their tweets so I can go to my likes and find their account when I want to. I follow reporters from the Cincinnati and Dayton areas and that’s a great way to get multiple scores. Middletown has a reporter who has Madison coverage most fridays.
