From what I read and hear WJ is down.
Jackson will take this one.
Game at WJ. Defense has looked great and they play the best coverage I have ever seen from a Jackson team. I can’t imagine WJ scoring a lot.
Jackson should win comfortably it appears but too many mistakes always keeps objects closer than they appear.
This is WJ home opener for 2015, played their first two games on the road.
Going into their house after they have started their season 0-2 with a Buescher coached squad is not ideal, they will be motivated and ready to play in front of the home crowd. Another huge challenge to overcome as there will be a very athletic group that WJ will put on field.
Maybe find a way to get McCoy, Leach, Farley some touches on the edge to help with run game between tackles…some jet sweeps, bubble screens, slants, etc. Defenses are starting to stack the box and take that mid-line game away from us but I am sure we will have a good plan for WJ and be ready to play hard.
Just keep getting better week by week and take one game at a time.

Jackson should be 3-0 after win over WJ Friday. Looks like Logan and Jackson will battle it out for the 2015 SEOAL crown.
I’m surprised that West Jeff started 0-2, especially with such a lopsided loss to Mechanicsburg. Jackson better expect a battle next weekend though.
I didn’t get to watch the Chillicothe game, but it seems like the fumble/turnover issues are still a problem. The mental mistakes have to stop because sooner or later, they will definitely come back to bite the Ironmen if they’re not corrected. The defense has been lights out so far, giving up only 87 yards of total offense to the Cavs last night. I believe Barger should be back this week, so that will only make that unit even better. If the Ironmen take care of the football, they can beat anyone on their schedule.
Rest up, work hard this week, and play with focus on Friday night!
I see the fumbles and penalties as Jackson’s biggest issue right now. They have been fortunate so far that it has not hurt them too bad. Against top level competition, mental mistakes and turnovers will kill you! Hope they have worked on it this week.

Agree, having those issues on a home field advantage is one thing. But do that this week at WJ or on the road and keep their fans, players and sidelines riled up with all the opportunities it creates and it may be a different story…we have to be like -10 in turnovers after the first couple games…need to obviously change that around.
I’m gonna go with the Ironmen in this one.
I actually saw a couple of spread-ish wrinkles in the Jax offense against Chillicothe last weekend.
