4 game guarantee : 3 pool play games Fri /Sat, single elimination Sunday,
Weather Permitting, Awards to 1st & 2nd place teams

Tournament & Inclement Weather Policy

Refund if a team withdrawals 30 days prior to the tournament – Full Refund
Policy if the tournament is cancelled due to lack of participants – Full Refund Team withdrawals within 30 days of the tourney and the tourney is completed – No refund.
If you only play 1 game and the tournament is cancelled – Refund $150.00
If you only play 2 games and the tournament is cancelled – Refund $100.00
If you only play 3 games and the tournament is cancelled – Refund $75.00
If you play less than 4 games but the tournament is completed – No Refund

Only had Ohio Passion so I told them to find another tournament if they wanted. No sense in keeping them from getting in another tournament.
