I see FF winning by 15 when looking at overall body of work. BUT, Monroe has played well against some of their better competition.
When is the last time that Fort Frye and Monroe Central played ?
Winner plays either Berne Union or Newark Catholic in Regional semifinals on March 5.
Fort Frye by 20. Rosecrans was winning most of the first half. Fort beat Rosecrans 61-13.
But they also only lost to Union Local by 4 in the OVAC tournament, who FF beat by 5
They also played UL 3 times getting smoked by 30 and 17. It’s hard to play a team 3 times.
Played twice last season (2018-2019).
Dec.6th Fort Frye won 55-36 Freshman Hannah Archer had 4 threes in this game.
They played again Jan. 24 Fort Frye also won this game, but I don’t have the score.

In Monroe Central’s game vs. Rosecrans, (which MC won 57-38) their top four scorers had 25; 10; 9; and 8 points.
And they must play very good defense.
All that being said, I’m sure Coach Liedtke and the young ladies will be up to the task.
Monroe is here because they’re reaching their potential. They do have pretty good program. I think we should expect competition in this one.

After 1 qtr, FF leads 15-2
Half, FF leads 20-9.
After 3 qtrs, FF leads 30-19
Girls are off not shooting well since that first Qt.
This is weird the Cadets have no pressed at all. They seem to be running clock.
