Time to start thinking about football. I got the Browns at 7 wins. What do you think?
Before they get to 7 they have to get it together to win 1. Sure needs to see how the parts come together. As well as any bombs going off to destroy the team as in the past few years. Things are looking better but would not put to much money on them winning 7 games yet
I agree with farmer 7 might be a stretch. We can’t forget Hue Jackson is still the coach. It may have helped to bring in an OC but I am still going to have to see it to believe it. Right now 5 games won might bring some kind of parade for a team that’s won 1 game in two years.
I can see 7 wins if things go right for the Browns. The potential is there with the talent on the team. The Browns said they have better support for troubled players. Jackson as the coach has been unimpressive. Maybe better coach with good talent than coach to develop talent and bring together a team. Will Haslam stop making changes at the first sign things do not go right.
So let me ask this…how many games does Hue need to win to keep his job?
I am guessing 5 or 6 depending how itchy Jimmy’s trigger finger is at the time. A lot will depend what kind of start they have. 0-4 non competitive games and Jimmy will probably pull the trigger although Hue seems to have a lot of rope with him. Jimmy’s wife even went swimming with him.

Browns sign OL Stephenson who misses OTA’s and now is suspended for 2 games for substance abuse. Now will see if the Browns new system to help players work. Then again is this just the start of more trouble. This can really effect the win total for this year and Jackson’s time as Coach.
I’m not sold on Hue being a great head coach. Some great coordinators are just that. Coordinators.
Not sure about him either. He seemed to do better when he already had developed talent. With Haslam’s wife telling her husband to stay out of the way. As well as a GM working for now not dealing for draft picks. I think they need a sports Psych on staff to deal with some of the nut jobs.
Well they’ve accumulated a decent amount of talent since last year. A lot of different pieces but they have them. No excuses. If he can’t win, he’s not the guy.
Good talent but still needs some work. Rookie TE last year now withe WR group needs to see if they can play together without attitudes. As the QB situation works itself out. As well as coaching staff works or allowed to work together.
Now Mayfield gets engaged may help to keep him grounded and out of trouble.
I just can’t get too worked up. Hoping for 6-7 wins. Anything else is an invitation for Hue to stay in Lake Erie.
I will be happy with two wins

Well training camp is open. Gordon is MIA, Browns will be working out Pacman Jones and supposedly.looking at Dez Bryant. Hell of a start.
