We’re need to be in Shadyside July 1-4 and want to camp. We would prefer sites with electricity with showers available. A cabin would be great but I would imagine they’re all booked up.

http://www.belmontcountytourism.org/Jamboree in the Hills isn’t until mid-July, so you should have a good chance to find what you are looking for in terms of accommodation.
