I’ll take the 1980 and 1989 Tomcats.
2012 and 2019 were also really good
2013 would dominate 2018. The play calling alone would make a big difference. Plus the defense was better. Yea, 2013 is the best there’s ever been for the wee cats.
I say the only way to decide this is to suit up all the teams mentioned and let them play each other. That should settle it. 
Do this now before the guys get too old. This would make a huge money maker.
Yes cause I bet a few of those fellas from the teams in the 1980’s have lost a step or two.
