Portsmouth picked up their first win of the young season in ten run rule fashion over New Boston. Freshmen Faith Phillips pitched the win and freshman Maddie Perry continued her torrid pace with a 4 for 4 night including 3 doubles. Junior catcher Jaqueline Batista hit her second home run of the young season. Another freshman Kyndal Kearns had two hits including a triple. Overall nice win for the young Trojans. Something to build off of as they begin conference play.
