SOC 2 Districts

The conference has 3 teams that are playing for or are already District Champs. It would be 4, but Oak Hill and Minford matched up in a 2-1 game.
Wheelersburg vs Ironton - District Title
Minford vs Eastern - District Title
Valley vs Portsmouth - District Title
South Webster - D4 district Champs
Pulling for the other 3 to join the Jeeps in the regionals.

SOC and OVC were the best two conferences in the SE district! Now we will see who is the BEST overall!

Great job by Powell coming in to finish the game. First inning he came in was kinda shaky but he ended up settling down got the job done. He's going to be a heck of a player as he is only a freshman.
Also, great team win. The bats were out toward the middle of the game. Great job boys. Keep it going.

YEP!!
Fairland and Portsmouth were voted in as 1 and 2 seeds. SOC disrespected! Burg was highest seed at 4. SOC was by far the best conference in the SE district this year from 1-6. 3 Teams in the REGIONALS.

The coaches just vote on their records. Most are too lazy to do research on who they play.

coop: I really wasn’t sure if SOC II was a bunch of average teams or not. With 3 teams in Regionals, in hindsight, it was a bunch of solid teams beating up on each other. Great to see and hope it keeps up in future.*
