New Coaches in the southeast

What schools have new coaches for this coming spring?

In the SCOL - Clinton Massie hired their assistant coach from last year (his name slips my mind)
Everyone else in the league is returning to my knowledge.

I noticed Adena posted their varsity coaching position but I haven't heard who they hired?

I believe Valley also has a new coach. Not seeing Schuler as the coach will be a shock to the systems of the Indian faithful. I'm sure Valley got a great replacement for him at the helm.

Looks like that guy followed his kid up the ranks of Legion ball. I heard that Yates is going to take the Adena job back after his kid is done playing in college. So, they hired a guy with no high school coaching experience for one year.

Interesting to read about some of the politics at other local schools.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet. That change.org petition from Adena has a lot of fiction in it. There were lots of legitimate reasons why there is a coaching change there

I completely understand that it is only one side of the story.

You know what they say: there are 2 sides to every story..and then there is the truth

Such as, hiring a coach without experience for a team loaded with talent!

Coach Barr does have experience coaching high school age kids. Coach Free had never coached high school baseball before getting the job a few years ago. I don't see the relevance of lack of experience coaching high school baseball.

You seem to know some answers, well I have a couple questions.
1. Was it a group of parents that led the way and got him axed?
2. Also, if I'm correct, Adena only lost around 5 games in the last 2 seasons combined. 4 of which were to Jackson and Burg (great teams). Is my calculation correct?

Southern has a new coach. Kyle Wickline takes the reins this year. We're hoping to get Southern back to its dominance is Southeastern Ohio small schools.

I wish him well. Southern has never had a great coach. Only great talent. If they could ever get both at the same time maybe they could get over that regional hump and beat the catholic recruiters for once.
