Post 389/750 game scheduled for today at St. Clairesville has been cancelled. Sunday's twin bill against Meigs post 128 set for one pm is still set to be played at Beverly (weather permitting).

Beverly Lowell 389/750 won both games today at Beverly.
Scores 4-3, and 9-1. Highman went the distance in game one.
Chad Stengel got the win in game two.

If this group of kids all get hot at the plate at the same time: watch out. All have shown flashes of greatness so far but not at the same time. Their strength so far has been good pitching and great team defense. Tougher opponents await this coming week.

Don't look for Post 29 to show there hand this early. Injuries are hurting Post 29 for now, but all that really matters is what happens in the district. The team you see Tues. wont be the team you'll see at the disctrict tournament. Cultice, Lewis, Hudson and Swope will be absent on Tues.
