What are your thoughts on this game? Two very tough teams. Would love to see the Pirates pull out the win!!!!

Should be a very good game. Wheelersburg only has 3 losses on the season, 2 of which came against league foe Valley, the team Alexander beat easily in the previous round of the tourny. The Spartans only have 3 losses since Coach Welsh took over, 2 of those were in the Pickerington North Tournament of Champions.

My vote goes to the Spartans in 4 sets.

That could very well be the case. Coach Welsh has the girls playing really well right now, and it couldn't come at a better time. Haley Born and Julie Els just dominate the game. I wouldn't want to try and stop that duo.

Alex has too much "D" for the Burg & experience of being at this stage of the tournament. The Burg will be nervous at first & then it will be too late. Alex in 3!

I didn't know that the Burg had never won a district vball championship. They are always one of the teams to beat.
