Eastern (Reedsville) JV and V girls traveled to Cheshire to scrimmage the RV Raiders on Friday (Aug 8th). The scrimmage was the first for the Eastern girls with their new head coach. As with any scrimmage, there were numerous substitutions as the coach was getting a good look at all of her personnel under game conditions. The Eastern team seemed to execute the fundamentals of the game a little more consistently than River Valley, especially serve receive. Eastern’s varsity did come out on the tall end of the score for each game simulation.
