New Boston's Field damaged

Post by pan-man »

Does anyone know how bad the damage to NB's field is? Cause someone thought it was a good idea to break open the lock by ramming the door with their truck (which is a red one cause they left paint on the door) and decided to do some off roading on the field. If anyone knows how bad it is, plz let us know. Thank you.

Very sad to hear about this. No excuse what so ever for this to happen. What a great field for high school sports. I have seen a lot of great matches on that field.

I drove down by the field yesterday, not good. Hopefully the village can step in and help with fixing it.

I played for minford and we always have 4wheelers and trucks on our field and half the time it was us players gettin a lil rowdy but it just makes you better as a player to play on a bad pitch lol

I say find out who did it and subject them to public teabagging as punishment...ok maybe that's going a bit too far
Its a shame it happened.
for the record, i like attending Burg games there, but I'll take Minford, Webster, even Jackson and Lucasville as at least even up with Burg in the sense of a nice place to watcha match. And ultimately Webster and Minford get my nod since they are SSS's.
