According to the Marietta newspaper and social media site, the Marietta boys win over Pt. Pleasant Tuesday night was the 450th win in the program’s history! 450 wins since it’s inception in 1985 seems like a huge accomplishment.

Northwest tied Webster 3-3 at Webster, have since gotten a few guys healthy and nearly tied Minford. (Minford scored with 2:10 left to win 3-2) so I’m not shocked by this result. Webster maybe having a hangover type game coming off the big win at Wheelersburg.

Anything can happen in the Division 3 boys tournament. Lots of interesting scores out there. Some teams match up better with others and some worse. Hopefully everyone stays healthy!
