Portsmouth Daily Times doesn't cover soccer!

I too was one of the folks who like to have the SSU coverage since I can not get to the games like I want to. And I actually would appreciate a little more Crew coverage. But I want the local coverage even more.

FYI, yabbadabbadoo, The following is a list of LOCAL schools in which we have had LOCAL players on SSU mens soccer roster for 2008:
Wheelersburg-3
Minford-3
South Webster-1
Clay-2
Next time use another team for an example on the lack of high school soccer coverage.

My apologies, ssusoccer. Maybe it is basketball I was thinking about, but like some of the other posters are saying, there hasn't been one feature story after a match of any local soccer team. None!!!!

The Portsmouth Daily Times is not worth the print that it is written on. I can remeber a time when they had avery good Soccer Preview paper back when i was in High School. That was back in the 90's. But since Ted Cox's left and Steve Tripplet left the coverage as been less and less . So if you wnat good soccer coverage the voice is the way to go Ruth Boll does a great job covering the soccer teams of this area the Times stinks !!!!!!!!!!!!
