Part of the formula is your opponents winning % and your opponent’s opponent winning %….. are those figures taken only at the time you played the game or do they constantly change with each game your opponent played in the future?

Would assume those numbers continuously update

It would have to change. If not, what would the opponent's winning percentage be in the 1st game of the season?
