I’ll go with the usual pick…….Waterford. They return a lot from this years team that almost won district. I don’t see anyone knocking them off quite yet.

I believe Federal Hocking will shock some people this year. They have a talented and scrappy group of players and added John Burdette to their coaching staff. He will make a huge impact on their program.

Burdette was the best basketball coach ever at Eastern in boys or girls. So he can definitely be a huge asset. Too bad he wasn’t there last year.

1. Waterford
2. Belpre
3. Federal Hocking
4. Eastern
5. Trimble
6. Southern

Waterford wins the Hocking with a Jr dominant team, led by 6'4" forward Avery Wagner.
FH and Belpre both have talented freshmen classes that will contribute immediately.
