Youth Basketball League

I have heard that there is a youth basketball league that includes several teams within the TVC and others. I was wondering if anyone had the contact information for the individual(s) who is in charge of this league?

Not sure of a phone #, but the web site (www.hvbl.net) says this Hurd9091@yahoo.com is the contact. I know John Hurd was over the league, not sure if he still is or not.
