Is this the same Wellston team that South Point beat 98-4 last year? Wellston must have some great freshman! Coal Grove is down this year but not that much. I would have thought this one wouldn't have been so close.

From what i have read in the preveiws Wellston does have a good group of freshman players and good players returning.

This is the same wellston team as last year...9 freshman and a new coach has made a big difference...However Wellston lost again tonight to athens.... close game until the 4th qt...Look out to all of those teams in the past that have ran up the score against Wellston...They are getting better... League Championship or Sectional Championship this year? No...But the future is very bright
