Waterford is finally done.

Africentric won their Sectional Final 84-6, Won their district semi final 84-19, And then won their distric final 73-32!!

Africentric is very beatable. Handle the pressure and make them play basketball and you have a good shot. Question is can you handle the pressure? They are no where as good as they were the last two years. JMO. I think the scores of those games reflect the quality of opponent as much as the quality of Africentric.

Go Waterford! Represent the TVC!

As a transplanted "River Rat" I like nothing better than watching "ANY" team from the Southeastern quadrant of the state make it to the regional round or better and I, like the earlier poster don't believe Africentric is currently as good as their other teams of the past couple years and with what I saw last year coming back you girls have to really believe it this time. They've taken Berlin Hiland back to the Canton regional where they should have been all along so both you and South Webster (against Harvest Prep) have a very good chance to advance this year and I hope you're playing each other in the regional championship game. Harvest Prep is 5 minutes from my current residence and Africentric is about a 15 minute drive the other way but I'm going to drive the 10 minutes to Pickerington this week to watch some southern ohio girls kick some @#$%. Good Luck !!!!!

I want to wish the LADYCATS the very best for their game tomorrow night at Pickerington North. I wish I could be there at the game, but 8 PM is a little too long for this old boy to hang around in Columbus and then drive home to arrive home around 11:30 or Midnight. If it were the earlier game, I'd certainly be there.
