Frontier and River combined to attempt 101 free throws in a game at FHS Saturday.
River was 33-65, and Frontier was 15-36.
River won the game 70-62.
Think the Ref's were a little ticky-tacky with their calls?
Most free throws?

Anybody got any ideas on the Ref's state of mind? I think ...maybe they were on a ego trip.

Re: Most free throws?
fouls are fouls. as a ref u cant pick WHICH fouls to call. Its too bad refs do not call all of the hand checks(steering), carry/palming, offensive posting up(hooking), all of the time. It would make for a more realistic game. some schools wouldnt know how to play by the actual rules. lol.
Re: Most free throws?
Refs often pick which fouls they call. How many times have you seen a 25 point game and as the game wears on and the winning team has their subs in versus the losing teams starters and eventually their reserves and the whistles just stop blowing. If a reserve guard is in late in a blowout and he drives to the basket.....he will not get a foul called.
Re: Most free throws?
Not many player control fouls! And not many of the first 6 for each team in the first half were non-shooting fouls!
