I don't look for Trimble to be very good this year.

I heard they have a new JV Coach, part of that Guthrie "legacy" Dan. This may be a building season but look for them to get better as the season continues. The whole program should benefit from this addition.

Guthrie is no longer coaching high school girls basketball. From what I hear, Trimble's (late) Principal (Hemsley) accepted some late applications and Guthrie was undermined. What a shame for the Lady Cats. You're right.. Dan Guthrie would have been a good asset to the girls basketball program.

I look for the tomcats to have a 13-15 win season..with all 5 starters from last year back and the addition of one of the best coaches in the area (curt Moore) they should have a very succesuful season

They definitely have a lot of talent on the team and a lot of potential, with a very good coach that will push them to be the best.

Good Luck Cats!! :122245

Coach Moore coached the JV boys last year.... adapting to girls will be different. Savage and Spears at point will be a good combo for the cats.

Yes, I know he coached the boys.
Switching over will be different, but he knows that and will be able to handle it.

He's coached his daughter's team before, and they've done well.
He might be a little rough, but I think that's what Trimble just might need this year.

I think Waterford will take it this year.
If Trimble and Fed work hard, they COULD possibly give them a good game.

Eastern, not so sure.

Goodluck Wildcats!

i think that we will see an improvements from trimble this yr...but you have to remember that it can take a few season for a new coach to get a program going. just give them a little time
