New Boston's successful season at 15-9 came to an end today in Jackson at the hands of the Trimble Lady Cats. The game was close for three quarters and Trimble pulled away in the fourth outscoring the Lady Tigers 11-6. Congrats Trimble!
Scoring by quarters: 12-11 Trimble after one, 21-19 New Boston at the half, 33-28 Trimble after three and the final Trimble 44-34.
New Boston Glenwood's Lexus Oiler scored her 1,000 point on a free throw with 3:57 to go in the first quarter. Congratulations Lexus!
Scoring is to follow.
Trimble 20-4 now advances to play the Peebles Lady Indians 20-3 on February 27 at 8:15 at Jackson High School in the District Final.
Prayers for the Trimble player that was injured in the game.
Scoring for the Glenwood Lady Tigers: Lexus Oiler led with 12 points, followed by Whitley 7, Easter 6, Hickman 4, Sammy OIler 3 and O'Rourke 2.
Scoring for the Trimble Lady Cats: Imler 18 points,Six 11, Young 10, Campbell and Orsborne 2 each and Calentine 1.
Lady Tiger Seniors playing in their last game include Lexus Oiler, Sammy Oiler, Andrianne Shultz, Kayla Akers, Taylen Hickman and Morgan Hartley....Good Luck girls!

Sounds like the lady tigers are losing a ton of players. Hopefully they can reload. I have seen Trimble play a couple of times this year and they don’t seem to have much depth, haven’t seen Peebles play but I have heard a lot about the Justice girl. Will Trimble compete in this one?
