The Lady Buckeyes have faced undefeated Waterford (possibly a state champion). They played at Waverly, Fairfield Union, at Hartley, at Cabell Midland, at Olentangy and Bishop Ready.

Pretty good schedule for a DIII team from southeastern Ohio.

Nelsonville-York schedule ... http://trivalleyconference.com/Nelsonville-York.html

Alexander played Nelsonville x2, VC x2, beat Greenfield, Warren, also played Waterford, South Webster. Waverly 4th in there league. So not sure where you think the schedule for NY is tougher. NY/VC/Alex/Waterford all a wash. Webster has taken Waverly to the woodshed twice, Huntington St Joe 14-0, Greefield better than both Waverly and FU, and then you have Warren in the mix. Do you even look at your own site?

Alex also has Ironton coming up as well as C

Right now I have to give the edge to NY. They and Alex have played pretty difficult schedules. I'd give Alex the edge so far on their schedule played but NY winning at Alexander and Alex played Waterford tough at Alex but NY played them even better at Waterford. Both lost at VC but NY just beat VC by 20.

Ok, I give NY the edge then for beating Alex straight up.

Has any team wasted more talent and numbers over the past 10 years than VC. NY just kills them and they have everyone back from last year. NY clearly a better team than Alex, especially when they step away from home.

93Dog, who is this Christina Blair that you have listed as coaching the Nelsonville Girls?

That is what the OHSAA web site had listed way back in September.

I fixed it.

Looking at Lynchburg Clay vs Ironton in the Regional match up, barring any upset, in Southeast Ohio those 2 are the top 2 teams. Lynchburg bench could be there Achilles heel this year. Lynchburg just like Ironton wont fall off next year either, both of a very good 2020 class coming in. I will also say both have a very good coaching also.

SE get 2 or 3 to the regional in DIII. 3 is great, but it's kind of watered down at that level.

I think if they win the LC and Ironton win the District wouldn't they meet in the Semi's or the Championship game in the Regional?

Southeastern should definitely get the 1 seed now.
