Varsity loses, 55-49 to Logan ladies.

The Warren athlete was Kasey White, she was taken by squad in the fourth quarter of the JV game as a precaution after a hard fall. We still don't know anything yet, but it didn't appear to be devastating, just the school following correct procedure.

Report at the end of the varsity game that the injury to the JV girl was to her tailbone. Hopefully not serious.

Kasey's tailbone is not currently located where a tailbone is supposed to be located. She's in pain but should make a full recovery (although it may not be a quick one).

Warren will likely be without both White and Richards when they faceoff against Marietta on Wednesday at the Warriordome.

It is just severly out-of-place, out of alignment. Kasey had a problem with her hip being jammed up during basketball season a few years ago and this injury may have slid her hips a little, too.

She should be fine, however, although no one knows how quickly right now.

Bubbles,

I watched "The Coach" ruin the Belpre program when my neice played there and now is doing the same thing here. He spends more time watching BV games (but does he go to the other schools..not) than his high school program. Ask him how many freshman games he has been to. Answer: (one).

So to answer your quetion, no he doesn't see nor will he.

When was the last time Warren had a losing season?

During the Fed Hock/Warren game at Marietta College, several people witnessed a Warren player's Dad make a complete fool of himself, screaming at the refs and at his daugher and other players during the entire game. These people have been to many, many games over the years and said they have never seen anything like it - this guy was completely over the top with his horrible attitude.

probably no Poage tomorrow night against Marietta, she sustained a mild concussion from what I've heard.

That means Warren will be down three of its best four JV players...and none of those three will be available to assist the Varsity...

BTW, Warrior Whiteout at the Coliseum on Wednesday night!

Well, the Lady Warriors have had a very up-and-down season

Tonight, they were up

by 3 at the end, when it mattered...Warren defeats Marietta 45-42 in an excellent game.
Both teams played physically and hard, props to Randi McKenna and Darci Leffingwell for hitting the clutch shots as the game came to a close.

Good game tonight Lady Warriors....way to keep playing hard and pulling it out. Great rebound by Randi and good hustle by Darci on the jump ball and then sealing the game. Good job Coach...nice win...good luck Saturday!

can anyone tell me why the player on varsity gets away with RUDENESS to her fellow players? she absolutely blew off a high five and then made her lovely "shove off" movement.
kudos to the students in white!! you are the best and it was so cool to see your spirit!!!
congrats on winning...we got to witness great coaching, the lady warriors should have been beat by Mariettas size alone..!!!!!

i was also gald to see some students in white-mainly the freshmen girls team- but it is still sad that when the game was close the student section was still sitting not cheering the girls on. i know being a girl playing basketball you dont get the support the boys team do but when the game is close you need to be up and cheering for them. but its been that way at warren for a very long time!

good luck vs. gallia and belpre!

It wasnt that long ago when the Lady Warriors packed the house and were supported by their peers... I remember guys on the JV and Varsity teams leaving team meals so to not miss the girls' games... there was alot of mutual respect among the programs!

But anywayyyyyyyy... anytime we beat the Tigers - its a GREAT win! :-D

Go Warriors!
