Welsh is the new coach, they just haven’t made it official. Heard numbers are way up too. Good things happening in Belpre. So Welch is going to coach girls basketball too? Hopefully he has some experience and a winning record, unlike with football. No idea who the girls basketball coach will be. Kinda weird how Warren has Belpre guys coaching and Belpre has Warren guys coaching.
