BACF OH vs. WV Basketball All-Star Classic, Friday, April 6

The 11th Annual Battle Against Cystic Fibrosis OH vs. WV Basketball Classic will take place on Friday, April 6 at Parkersburg South High School. The game pits senior players from around the Mid-Ohio Valley in a OH vs. WV format in boys and girls basketball games. The girls game will tip-off at 6:00PM. At half-time there will be the boys skills competitions - slam dunk and 3-point shoot-out. The boys game will tip off at approximately 8:00PM with the girls 3-point shoot-out and a performance by the Parkersburg South Southern Belles at halftime of the game. In between, Jump Company USA will perform part of their Nationals jump-rope competition show.

The Ohio girls will be coached by Jerry Close (Waterford) and Pat Walsh (Logan). The team is captained by Emily Brown (Waterford). Other members are: Chasity Brooker (5'-11" C, Meadowbrook); Amanda Brown (5'-6" PG, Marietta); Chandra Canaday (5'-9" F, South Galia); Allison Flowers (5'-8" F, Belpre); Katie Fuller (5'-8" PG, Fairland); Mackenzie Haesly (5'-11" C, Frontier); Sammi Hansen (6'-0" C, Fort Frye); Meredith Harless (5'-5" G, Jackson); Hannah Jones (5'-7" G, Caldwell); Kelsey Lerch (5'-4" G, Belpre); Kaitlin Pottmeyer (5'-7" F, Wateford); Allie Grace Proctor (5'-6" G, Warren); Lauren Poe (5'-10 G, Fairland); Carissa Wukelich (5'-7" G, Shenandoah).

The WV girls are led by Fred Sauro (Williamstown) and Kenny DeMoss (Parkersburg). Liz Flowers (5'-6" G, Williamstown) captains the team.
