Waterford and Eastern will drill South Gallia if they meet on a neutral court. The Hocking will get even better for home teams when River Valley comes in.
I scouted down there when they played Vinton and the home team had exactly Zero, Nada, Nil, fouls called against them the first half and got the vast majority of balls that went out of bounds given to them!
The argument for an assignor will get ever stronger.

According to the AD the schools who traditionally voted no on an assigner do not have enough numbers any more to vote it down. Of course I am sure the Gallia County bunch won't want one either, so maybe they will be able to defeat it again. He said he is going to bring it up again though, so here's hoping.
