Waverly, Jackson, Miami Trace and Unioto will all be strong in the bigger division this season.
Burg wil be improved from last season
Racine Southern will be very competitive and expect them to make a run in the tournament.
Eastern Pike lost a cpl starters including Tucker Leist but will be led by Webb who is a great player, them and SV should battle for the SOC2 crown.
Those are a few, can't wait to get it started!

Should be some very good games to watch this season. I haven't personally seen enough games lately to pick teams to watch yet. Like others have mentioned, burg will be improved/good. Webster will be a tough out. Seems like there is a lot more parody this year than the last few. I'm excited to get inside and watch some round ball.

In the OVC The Peake would be considered the favorite with the group they have returning. During the summer played some big schools and played really well together.
Fairland lost Buchanan and others plus a new coach.
Portsmouth second year Coach and some returning players.
Coal Grove I think will struggle again.
Ironton lost 6 seniors and their scoring plus new coach.
South Point could surprise us
Rock Hill don't know enough to say.
Gallia lost their big man to graduation but returning a good guard who will be a sophomore.
My guess is
The Peake
Portsmouth, South Point, Ironton, Fairland and Gallia will be a toss up for 2-6
Rock Hill
Coal Grove
They will be some surprises as usual.

Circleville should be very talented. I would guess they will be among the top in D4, along with Meigs and Unioto. Possibly Waverly as well, but their schedule could make things a little more difficult to gain a favorable seed.
Jackson jumps to D3, which will make their shot at a district title a bit more difficult, as Miami Trace will still be strong there as well. I'm sure Marietta will be strong as well.
Chesapeake should be one of the better teams throughout the region in D5.
I'm super interested in watching Portsmouth's kids this season, along with the growth in Waverly's group.
North Adams and Eastern Brown should be interesting to follow in the SHAC, but I think Fairfield is likely the best out of that league, outside of a big lack of depth. Lynchburg-Clay has some pieces to be interesting. Peebles is another that should have some nice growth with an excellent coach.
Westfall, Zane Trace and Huntington should be solid in the SVC, albeit with a lack of depth for each of them. Huntington may have the best depth in that group, but lacks a really strong 2nd scoring option that the other two have.
Chillicothe should keep getting better.

Keep an eye on the Green Bobcats out of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, this season. They’ve got some really talented freshmen coming up who I think will surprise a lot of people.
They still have a solid core returning. Knapp, who’s probably their best overall player, is back for his senior year. Blevins, a junior, is a speedster who defends well and can shoot it when he’s in rhythm. And Satterfield, before that injury last season, was playing lights out. He’s a senior now, and I’m pretty sure he’s ready to go again.
I honestly think Green can compete for the SOC I title this year. The only concerns are size and outside shooting. They lost a lot of shooters with seniors like Kimbler, Stapleton, and Merrill graduating. But from what I’ve heard, they’ve got some really good young guys coming up. The future looks bright for coach JD King and that program.
If not this year, I could see them making a district run soon, maybe even pushing for a regional in the next couple of years. Don’t sleep on the Bobcats.

-Meigs will be really good,Davis can make almost anything.
-Nelsonville-York will be on the rise with a good senior core of Martin and Thompson,Lavy,Elliott and Schultz are younger but they are going to be good,I’m not sure who all they will have playing up this year from JV but will be a good group of kids and one of NYs Better teams.

Meigs will be good. How good depends on whether they can play team ball this season.

Lucasville Valley - the athleticism and length of their players will enable them to move effectively in transition while being pesky on defense, allowing them to compete with any team in the area. The only question is who can get them a bucket when they need one. I want to see how that plays out later in the season.
Waverly - Returning all of their starters, they will be a tough team to beat. Also, as we will only see Alexander improve as the season goes on, and Hurt's ability to make it rain from beyond the arc makes them a tough beat.
South Webster - I feel they are underestimated in SOC 3, as I think Barnard can lead them to a deep run in the playoffs. They could be rough on the defensive side of the ball, but I think their coach can straighten out all of these issues.
I think Waverly and Valley would be my favorites for SOC 3 this season.

Yes, the Senators also… SOC 3 will be a very good conference to watch this year!
