U had the game won with 5 seconds and the lead and threw the ball full court and turned it over. LE with layup at buzzer.

Tanks came from 14 down to take lead and didn't take care of the ball. Great game.

Has anyone in the Southeast D-II played a tougher schedule than Logan Elm?

Tough loss for my Shermans but very fun game to watch. Atmosphere was amazing. Nothing like tournament HS basketball

Was this year the worst the SVC has been? Did a single team make it out of sectionals?

Sounded like we battled after a slow start. Saw the play by Waugh, very tough shot to win it.

Disappointing end, but 18-6 after starting 4-5 made it a pretty good year. A lot coming back, so should be better next year, but this one hurts for sure.

The league was definitely down this year in football and basketball. Worst it’s ever been may be a stretch but definitely down

The kids fought so hard in that second half. Just clawed back into this game with grit. We have a Good group coming back next year but if the kids don’t buy in defensively I’m afraid it’ll be another early tournament exit.

A Logan Elm win over Warren would be stunning. But I think they can compete with them and make the Warriors work for it.

Warren is the heavy favorite. Logan Elm has a puncher's chance. Recent wins over Teays Valley, Washington, and now Unioto...they are playing good basketball at the right time.

Logan Elm has upset the Warriors before, but those teams had the Young brothers. Those two won't be out there, so gimme Warren by double digits...

LE is 5-2 vs Warren since 2007.
Dillion and Ridge Young played against Warren 3 times.
2013-14 Dillion’s Senior year, Ridge’s Freshman year,
LE won 61-45.
2014-15 Ridge’s Sophomore year Warren beat LE 64-48.
2026-17 Ridge’s Senior year LE beat Warren 70-63.
So, The Young brothers were only 2-1 against Warren.

The other 4 times were:
2006-07 LE 51-32
2009-10 LE 55-54 Adam Blake’s jumper at the buzzer.
2017-18 Warren 45-36 Isaac Ward’s Freshman year.
2019-20 LE 51-46 Covid shorten season..last game played.

Always a good atmosphere for LE/Warren, you never know what can happen at the Convo, hopefully it will be a good game. Good Luck to both teams!

Just the fact that Warren brought back most of its final four team is what made that loss so shocking to me. Always had great respect for LE and the way they play ball.
