Coach Brett Bostic has retired. The River Valley job is open.
I have heard interviews are close to happening. Have not heard any names.

Half serious question, Could Coach K get RV to be a consistent .500 ball club? I say no, which means this is a ridiculously hard job with not much hope for success.

Rumor mill has that Coach Peck believes he is the frontrunner for this job as he applied for Gallia girls as well and Gallia hasn't hired anyone yet.

I believe so about 8-12 years ago. Someone should correct me though.

Some of the parents in here has said Peck accepted the job at Gallia for the girls job. Us parents are waiting for him to get started with girls. Rumor has it that a couple of girls are coming into Gallia where he is.

Good luck to Peck what ever job he takes but for the RV girls to follow up at GA best stay where your at the OVC will be a butcher shop for about the next four years???

I agree. Following Fairland and Portsmouth girls last year shows they are a step above right now. But best of luck to Coach Peck and both schools, athletes, and community.

If I recall right he never even had a .500 season at RV.

Must have been the reason why no official announcement was made at GA, Peck waiting on the official word of RV Boys. Good luck to Peck at RV!
