Alright alright alright

Liking our chances of getting back to the convo.
Huntington Ross and then SV who we beat mid season. Looks like a probable matchup with the Tomcats

Yeah, about as good of a road as Webster could’ve asked for. Would not be surprised at all to see them back at the Convo and I would’ve never dreamed I’d been saying that about 5 weeks ago.*

Peebles having to play Crooksville in the District Semi’s is not an ideal draw for the #1 seed. Looks like the SOC schools stuck it to the Indians. 😳😳😳

Yes, that’s assuming Crooksville beats Green in the Sectional Finals, which I think will happen.

Can’t really see how the SOC schools stuck it to anyone.

Not sure New Boston wanted Whiteoak in their first game either.

I think the big boys run their side though

Peebles ,being the 1 seed got to chose their bracket. They chose to play at Northwest in the first game. It's 15 minutes from home.

hahaha! As the crow flies. Josh must have liked his match- ups. Evidently he also wanted that side of the district. One game at a time

Something clicked. 5-1 in our last 6. I think we had a chance vs Waverly until TZ got busted up but way she goes

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only thing they got to choose was what other district's champ they would play if they won their district, and they opted for Athens 1 which advances to play the east district. Then they were assigned to play at Northwest, which they had reason to expect to happen, since the higher seeds get high consideration to play at the sectional site closer to them. Note that the two top seeds, #1 in the Athens 1, and #1 in the Athens 2, are playing in the same night's session, I assume, because of the 1:45 between games, for one admission at Northwest.

It would be interesting to know, in all 3 divisions, what was the best seed that has to go to the sectional site that is furthest from them?

One of the original posts I saw had Peebles as the one seed and playing at Wellston. Don't know where I saw it. I know Josh wanted to got thru Northwest . I believe he also wanted to goin the east bracket if he were to make it there. First time I've seen this type of schedule,so was confused I guess. I thought this was supposed to have the high seeds play at home in the beginning. Like the central district does for a supersectional.haha!!

Manchester #23 seed, so that's not too bad.
