Marshall University Team Camp

Thought I'd let everyone know early that Marshall is having their team camps this year on June 20 - 21 from 10a-5p and their shoot out on June 28 from 10a-5p. Lots of great players, playing in three different venues on campus. Hope to see you there.

They have added a Middle School Team Camp on Saturday June 22nd from 9a-5p.

First two days are High School. Last year they had schools from 5 or 6 states.

Peake so far 5-0 with one more game to play today.Beat Mingo Central, Van, Man, and Tug Valley fron WV and beat Peninsula Catholic from Virgina.

Some of the competition wasn't very good. Pickerington North is really good so is
Ottawa Gladorf.
What I liked was the defense and get out run the floor.
First nine kids right now are 2 Seniors, 4 juniors and 3 Sopomores. Now wait and see till season starts.

Chesapeake runs the floor and plays defense like you would expect a team in the middle of the regular season. As long as they can stay healthy they will be in the hunt for the OVC.

In WV, Chapmanville is the team to beat. They can play with anybody. They were missing starters both days and still ran with everyone they played.

Jackson & Cox are the 2 seniors. Haven't heard that Jackson went to Spring Valley.

Austin was playing at the camp. Only had 2 transfers that I know of.
