from the last time these two played it looks as if Gallia has lost to what people thought at the time were lesser team/teams. Fairland will wins this one by more unless the dog are called off early. Still would like an old SEOAL team to have a good game.

Only other loss was to Coal Grove. Off shooting night, outplayed by Grove. Grove a good Div. 4 team.

Guard play for GA is the question ? Step up or out !

Fairland clinches ovc outright with a win.

I feel Fairland get the win but not without a struggle. Van Horn can NOT get in foul trouble tonight or the Dragons will suffer. If he stays on the floor, Dragons by 16. If not, Pick-em.

Fairland wins this one by 30+

This game is simple if Blue Devils play fairland with same game plan they have had last 3 times they have played them they lose by a lot.

If the game plan changes and blue devils can execute it. Then no one knows.

My guess is blue devils go in with same game plan and lose by 30. But if they play zone but extend it to half court and play a patient offense they could have a shot.

People keep saying guard play... I say all blue devils need to value every possession. Fairland will force some turnovers just don’t give them all the cheap ones and don’t be afraid to use those timeouts when in trouble.

I am no statistician but I would call this the biggest crowd ever in gym at centenary for basketball

Props to Fairland for gutting out a tough win. But a big kudos to the Blue Devils on what sounds like was a great game plan. I eat my words where I said it would be a 25 pt game

Fairland with go ahead 3 with 15 seconds left. Dragons hit 2 big time 3’s down the stretch.. never panicked. The big game experience paid off tonight.. my hats off to them

Tonight was what high school basketball should be a about. I could not be more proud of everyone at Gallia academy tonight. To groups of spirited fans. And 2 teams playing there guys out.

Fairland showed tonight why they are the best team in southeastern Ohio. Never rattled at blue devils comeback. Never panicked down late in game drained big time 3’s.

And boy I could of not been more proud of the Blue Devils tonight. In the second half accept for a couple of possessions they tried to go 3 for 3 with fairland they stayed in the game plan. And I think each of the Blue Devils showed why we think our kids can play with anyone.

If blue devils can bring that level every night of tourney they will be a tough out. And I know home court was huge for blue devils tonight. But don’t let honk this team would go into another match up with fairland intimated.

Evan wiseman and kaden Thomas played like senior leaders tonight. Loveday showed flashes of joy st how special he is. Corey call in foul trouble most of night. Beats his man on 2 big time drives late. Justin mccellend showed he could be the QB on the basketball court.

If they meet again if blue devils could find the shooters in transition they might not of had to come back from so far down.

But man dragons are a hell of a team.
