It hasn't been a very good start to the tournament season for the TVC.

The league is (2-6) thus far and (0-4) vs teams outside the league.

Nelsonville-York lost to Coal Grove 49-34
Alexander lost to River Valley 47-38
Wellston lost to South Point 59-46
Eastern lost to Green 59-50
South Gallia lost to Belpre 59-45
Federal Hocking lost to St. Joe 53-28

River Valley has to play Oak Hill next.
Both Athens and Meigs play higher seeds on Friday and Saturday.

Trimble, Waterford, Belpre, Southern, Miller play next week.

unfortunately other than VC and Waterford, the TVC teams are all down this year from last year. I think Waterford may have a great chance to make it to regional finals. I look for VC to make it to regional semi-finals. Those are very good seasons and teams.

I hope I am wrong and all the TVC teams make a great run.
