Again this year I will have a Southern Ohio Magic AAu basketball teams playing out of The University of Rio Grande. We will be playing in 10 tournaments ranging from small to large all over the tri-state.
10/11th grade team is full unless I have someone pull out which is always possible.

We have moved the meeting/tryout to Sunday March 3rd from 2-4pm due to still having 5/6 returning players playing in the tournament with their school teams. We will have the meeting March 3rd from 2-4pm no matter what. If we have players still playing they will need to attend the meeting to pick up paperwork but will NOT be allowed to touch a basketball as we would never do anything to jeopardize a players eligibility.

I have posted our tournament lineup on our team website and will post rosters as they take shape. Also feel free to visit the site and follow our teams progress as our AAu season goes. Everyone here on Preps should easily recognize many players from the TVC, SOC, OVC, and more......

Quick update on the team.... We have played in 4 tournaments and won 2 tournament titles most recently last week in The Motown Showdown in Morgantown, WV going 5-0 in that one. On the season we are 14-2 with the 2 losses being by 5 and 8 points to 11th grade teams in Columbus. This weekend we will be in Lancaster at the 20th annual Gale Classic OYB tourney with 33 teams in the 10th/11th age group. The boys have done a great job and we look to continue to improve as the season goes. I'm sure many of you know kids on the team or have seen the names from schools in our area.
