Don't leave out South Webster. They only lost 2 seniors last year and some of the boys have gotten bigger and all of them have matured as better athletes over the past year*

Manchester, South Webster, Fairfield, Eastern Pike, and Clay will all be fairly decent. Manchester is my favorite to advance out of our region though.
IMO:
1.Manchester
2.South Webster
3.Fairfield/Eastern Pike
5.Clay

I think Manchester, and South Webster are the two that have the best chance to go deep from around here.

Webster, Clay, and Manchester. It will be between those three teams who advance in our region.

I have to say South Webster since I'm from that area! lol But in all honesty, they lost 2 seniors from a team that was 17-5 or 18-4. They have good length and some tall athletic boys. Manchester will be tough to beat also. I think it will be between these two in the SE District.

watch out for Fairfield Christian Academy they will surprise alot of teams in basketball just like in football. They have an outstanding proven coach who took over the program. They will be very young but exciting.

Have you seen them? Read where they beat West 6-0 in qtrs, won most qtrs against S.Webster, North Adams, and Waterford. Valley beat them by 2 points in one of those foundation scrimmages.

Again, not saying the Eagles are either, but if they can even play with Webster and
Valley, they will be a tough out for D4 schools and can probably be in the conversation..jmo

I saw them twice last year. I thought they had a couple of good players, but not what I would expect to be the top D4 teams. Maybe I'm wrong. I will say they play hard. It looks like the coach really gets a lot out of them. Good luck this year.

Portsmouth West? North Adams is nowhere near what many think of North Adams being.

Manchester
Fairfield
South Webster
Clay

Eastern Meigs, Whiteoak, Eastern Pike will have to be accounted for as well.

Ironman92,
My post was not using West or n.adams to indicate eastern handling them as top teams..but that they beat S.Webster in 2 qtrs(not a whole game) and losing to Valley by 2pts indicates that eastern pike can compete with the good teams...and that suprises me with all they lost to graduation but probably a result of how hard they play.

IMO. D4 is down this year, alot of teams have a legit shot at a district title.
But south gallia is not one of them. They are still a year or two away.

South Gallia will be lucky to win half their regular season games this year in that conference... just my opinion
