Based solely on statistics, Cunningham is the clear winner. Throw in conference champs, best player on the best team (I know, that is open for debate.....)

Cunningham.

Yea, I'd enjoy some anecdotal, pre-pubescent rant about someone's boyfriend being the best player on this year's team from TitleTown as the POY in the TVC

DJ Cunningham, rounding third and heading for home with the trophy in hand, ( despite all the haters)...........

A few years back I thought that Cam Thoroughman from Portsmouth Clay would
never see the hardwood at a D1 school and then he walked on at WVU and he now sees a lot of playing time. ;-)

It will seem like a crime if Cunningham doesn't win this award. But we all know how the political game works in these situations.

Dennis "Wings" Teaford would have taken this skinny little punk to school! Surely you dont think he is a deserving POY candidate.....

I agree with you Chuck but you have to remember the players and teams we faced back in the day were a lot better than today. In the few games I saw this year there wernt much competition for this thing. But I guess they have to give it to someone?
