I stopped keeping napkin stats - nothing to write down for the Purple other than the 23 TOs they had by half time - ouch!!! ... Logan finally got on the board midway through the 3rd period as BOTH teams put everyone to sleep to start the 3rd quarter 2 points for Logan AND 2 points for Newark in the quarter at the 3:26 mark 23-8 ... Logan went on a 10-2 run led by Patrick Angle to end the period trailing 25-18 ... the Purple in the final quarter closed the gap to 9 points 37-28 with 2:27 to play ... TO's, fouls finished off the Purple comeback attempt Newark 50-36 a final ...
