I will venture and say it will be higher scoring than the 1st meeting. I think Fort will be in desperation mode and get the big win 48-44.

Huge game. OVAC points, PVC championship, sectional seeding implications.

Gut check time for the Cadets.

Fort 30 Skins 29 Half. These 2 are pretty even. A ton more points then the last time they played.

Great game very exciting to listen to. Caldwell never gave up. Cadets made free throws at the end to hold on. Clark 32 for Caldwell. Francis was a beast on D. Cadets- Anderson 16, Kiefer 13 , Prittchard 9, Layton 9, Lang 8. If the Cadets can stay balanced like that every game they could maybe make it to Districts.

Francis was a non factor in this game, offense or defense. Tanner Clark got his points, and the others didn't.

Tanner Clark is the " best athlete in the Pvc", sure glad He's a Senior. :D

And you are correct D'spy, the best foul shooting for the Cadets all season.

And congrats to Caldwell for getting the gym floor refinished and the new lights. Beautiful floor, that is a light Maple color (much lighter color) and great lighting. Coach Crane says new ceiling panels coming later to finish job.

Scary game from the Redskins perspective as nobody can score except Clark. Must have at least a little balance or they won't go too far in the tournament. Cadets just found matchup problems all night and attacked them. Caldwell has about 2 players that can play defense and the rest look lost. Good exciting game though. These games will benefit both teams later on

I think that this game proves that Fort Frye is the best team in the league. Does anybody have the standings. I think Caldwell is still at the top with 1 league loss and Fort Frye behind with 2 losses but have no idea after that. Caldwell still has big games - MC at home, @ Frontier, @ Buckeye Trail

How can you say a player with like 6-8 blocks was a non factor?

Caldwell is up a game on Fort Frye. These two teams are evenly matched. I think Ridenour dislocating his shoulder in the first quarter hurt Caldwell as he is the one who takes the pressure off of Clark. He played but it affected him. Not sure I've ever seen a coach put a kids shoulder back in place on the court. Caldwell has a nice team but the Heller kid is struggling. He doesn't look like he is healed from that broken leg and he just can't keep up on either end. The big Farnese kid and the Hupp kid off the bench are younger but are better options and I'd say if they want to go somewhere in the tournament he's going to have to play a lot less. That's just me being an armchair QB/coach though.
