Way to go Pointers! A lot of kids had playing time in this one. they started slow but caught fire right before the half. the press killed the Bobcats. They kept playing hard though. I think Green was just outclassed in size and speed.

Why is South Point playing Green & St. Joe? could they not find someone smaller to play

You might also want to ask her why the last 7 of 8 games are away. It includes West Union on a Tues. Peebles, Fri. and St. Joe on Sat.

Yea, I noticed the home game distribution is very uneven. 6 in December, 3 in January, and 1 in February.
But I thought the Pointers looked pretty good last night, especially after they started heating up. Looking forward to an exciting season!

This is from South Point Athletic Director Jan Keatley in reply to the above:
"I do not schedule the basketball games. Gary Norris (Boys head coach) and Dave Adams (Girls head coach) do their own schedules."

lol, i also know that the baseball and soccer coaches do their own schedules as well....?
