I could rant on refs but I only have 2 questions how can you give a timeout when no team had control of the ball ? How do you let a player body a player half way down the floor while he is dribbling?
We missed shots and had turnovers.
We lost but I would love to see consistent calls.

2 bad turnovers on back to back possessions...not a bad game overall. Seemed as though peake was playing well and should have pulled away but never could. C.g kept answering and kept it close enough to make a couple bad passes and a couple questionable calls make a huge difference...gotta finish.. Hornets only led for 10 seconds. But it was the last 10. Lol. OVC could be a real battle!

Way things are going it could end up being who has the healthiest team for most of the season 🤷🏻‍♂️

I told one of our assistant coaches last night.......that the Trojans probably won't win the OVC with the poor start (0-3), but will determine who wins the OVC. We're very capable of being the spoiler.

The back to back turnovers by Peake is what beat them.
The officiating was not what beat them. It was Consistent throughout the game. those guys are one of the better crews in southeast in my opinion but everyone has their opinion. I agree the OVC winner will have a loss or 2 same in Soc1 and Soc 2. You never know what team will pull it out it depends what kids show up each night.

I didnt say the refs beat us just some questionable calls. We had lead, missed shots and turnover and it cost us.
I just would like to see consistency will calls.
I saw two young refs do a 7th and 8th grade games last week who I believe call two great games. The Peake lost one and won one.
I have refereed and umpired in the past and I know I missed calls and made bad call but tried to be consistent.

Freshman Roberts had 30. If you haven’t had a chance to see this kid play yet you need to.
It was good to see him break out tonight and show what he can do.It’s almost an automatic bucket if he has the mismatch within 10ft if the basket. His passing ability is phenomenal
Impressive turnaround by the jeeps after the Waverly game. Way to respond, keep working and improving.
