Huston Harrah with a way too easy lay-up to make it 43-37 FU with 1:19 left. Time out WCH

made it up to Convo to start off this weekend and man FU is well coached. I was watching teams warmup before hand and me and my buddy both thought WCH would win but once game started FU was a well oiled machine really impressed by that staff

Fairfield Union was special in the first half. Goodness they were tough.

Great effort on the comeback by The Blue Lions. Great effort.

Thanks guys for giving updates and I will see you up here tomorrow

Great defense, especially in the 1st half, by FU. Tremendous boxing out on defensive rebounds. Multiple rebounds hit the floor before anyone touched them. Chase Poston got hot with 15 in the 1st half with three treys to give FU a good working margin.

WCH has nothing to hang their heads over; they faced an incredibly well-prepared, skilled, and intelligent basketball team in Fairfield Union. Evan Conley is arguably one of the best players in the SE district, coach Eversole is one of the best in the district, and Harrah/Poston - when both on - are one of the most dynamic duos in a supporting cast.

Court House caught on and was figuring FU out, but it was too late by that point. Hard to recover from a deficit like that so late in the game. WCH was well-coached, but you could tell both a combination of ‘Convo nerves’ and ‘striking while hot’ anxiety was biting them. If not for a couple extra dibbles on a possessions where they should’ve taken it to the rack and spurts of offensive disymistrey at the worst times, WCH could’ve played for the win late. WCH will be back, soon, though. I think this largely boiled down to preparation (schedule wise) before and and the experience to perform execute on the big stage.
