IF Mother Nature cooperates - the weekend of 1/19 is the Dave Young Classic at North Adams THAT would have me seeing some of the hard to get to teams ALL in one day - Fairland, West Union, Chesapeake, North Adams, Eastern Brown, Eastern Pike, Southern - all in one place ! I have tried in the past to get to Coach Young's namesake tourney but the weather has kept me close to home in Hocking County as it is almost 101 miles and a 2 hour drive from Logan to North Adams High School ... we'll see how Mother Nature is during that stretch of January ...

Of all the leagues followed, are Fayetteville and Ripley the only two teams that don’t get ranked? I know they are Southwest.

... yep, I only rank those teams in the Southeast District ... 72 teams is enough LOL ... probably have the same observation from the supporters of Fort Frye, Morgan heading east ... Teays Valley, Amanda ClearCreek in the Northwest Territories (Central District) ...

... it's time ! get some gas in PFLOYD1 ... head for Oak Hill to see the Oaks and Coal Grove go at it ... if it's not too late I will at least post the Napkin Stats for both teams following the game ... 1:15 on the road each way according to Google maps (2 1/2 hours on the road) ... 2 1/2 hours of hoops (JV/Varsity) makes it even in my book - "let's ride !!!!" ...

Gotta beat Gallia first before the conversation starts. Gallia has lost to Ironton, Fairland beat Ironton, and Fairland beat Coal Grove. Could be interesting league play this year.
