In the SEOPREPS Pick Em 24 have picked VC to win-3 have picked Athens to win. One of the posters who has picked Athens to win is 9 for 9 so far in his picks. As an Athens fan I hope he is onto something's. Ed Ott has also predicted every Athens win so far and is picking Athens in this one. Hoping his streak Continues. All I know is Athens is still not getting any respect or love even after winning 9 in a Row with 6 of those being on the Road against some quality opponents and one of those being VC. Let it be settled tomorrow night in the The Throwdown Showdown.

I think it’s going to be a tight game between two very good teams. I’m guessing VC will pull it out in the end. If that’s disrespect then I apologize. If Athens wins no one will pick them to beat Fairland but I bet most if not all will agree that Athens will be a tough out. I mean sure, absolutely put that on the Athens’ players shoulders and send them to the court... I would, but I don’t believe picking VC is disrespectful to Athens

This will be a great game. I'd give the Vikings a slight edge in talent, but Athens obviously gets the edge in coaching. Still, I think talent will overcome coaching and the Vikes will get the win.

Wow, Athens has the edge on coaching!! Lol!! Should be a great game. Vikings are healthy going into the tournament. Looking for the intensity they displayed in the first quarter in the Wellston game.

Wish this game was at Athens so our crew could provide them with some assistance, cause they pay us well. But it's a tourny game and I've heard those danged Gloucester refs have the game. So Athens may be in trouble.

I didn't mean anything cruel by it. He is not the fastest player, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing, it's a factual statement. I like how People can get on here and downplay teams and downgrade coaches and their sons who play for them and talk about daddy ball and nobody bats an eye. But Lord have mercy if you say something about a VC kid there is an uproar. How about this Millenials, there is a player or 2 on Athens that are also no Usain Bolts, hell the whole team for that matter. Does that make you happy Millenial Crybabies?

The bias on this forum is throw up worthy. But we all have first amendment rights. I am with VQ on this one. The beatings that some have taken on here are ok, but not so the case if it is others. Some of the bias posting is downright embarrassing. Again first amendment rights. I love this country.
