Did Yates play in this one? Wondering how it all played out since the Yates boys were synonymous with VC for so long.

Yes. I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary happen. It was a fairly clean game in front of a near capacity crowd.

Yes, clean and hard fought game by both teams. Both coaches had their teams ready and a huge crowd. I think Nevan had 5 points and played some good defense.

Was that the largest crowd at Jackson this year? Definitely the largest VC/Jackson crowd I have seen down there. Was nice to see!

Unioto crowd was big. You guys brought more than they did but our side was pretty packed. Most of our home games have been very well attended by Jackson folks.

The only thing missing from the Jackson/VC game was the pep band but they didn’t play due to not being back in school yet.

This Friday when McClain comes to town...it’s going to be pretty special.

Huge game in the FAC and SE sectional. I’ve always liked Jackson’s gym. I like the layout. The best part though is that picture in the hallway of the first ever game at alumni stadium..VC vs Jackson. I love seeing that maroon on the wall! Ha

still would be if it wasn't for transfers.

Jackson has lost way more talent do to transfers than they have received . But for sure a lot of “transfers” on the floor Friday night
Jackson had 4
Vinton county had 3

Were you at the game?
Doubtful. Seems like they have “transferred” their rooting interest to the SE of Jackson.

I haven’t watched Keegan play football yet in person but I can tell u I’ve seen them both on the hardwood and Ruby looked faster. I know their 100 times in track are really really close. Not sure ab the 40’s. I’d take either on my team. Both great kids too.

Careful man...those Uniotoians love their long distances. I don’t know that you’ll like him in the 3200
