Final
Trail wins.

Trail becomes first PVC to beat Fort Frye boys in basketball or Football. Also becomes the first team to beat Fort Frye @Home since 07.
Pretty sure Shenandoah in 2011 beat Fort at home. Could be wrong.

Sorry I wasn't being specific I meant Trail becomes the first team to beat Fort Frye in football or basketball in the current year. Also Trail is the first team to beat Fort in Beverly in the OVAC tourney since the first year of the event in 07 when Fort lost to Linsly. Fort Frye has made the OVAC Finals 6 times in 10 seasons. Winning 3 OVAC titles.

Monroe Central also beat Fort Frye at home last year, 52-47.

That was one heck of a game by both teams. It was a close hard fought battle all game long in a great atmosphere. I think ANDERSON was flustrated and was pretty much shut down all night long. It's hard to believe this will probaly be the last meeting of these two teams for a long time.

That's true, but it's a lot easier if you had already beaten them twice.

Just listening on the radio last night, it seems to me like Fort Frye could improve their ball control a lot. More turnovers than I'd like to see late in the game.

Yea they had a couple 2 possession lead with 30 seconds left and they ball and let it slip away. Even towards the end the turnover with 6 secs left in regulation was huge.

McCall and Pontius kept making huge steals.

McCall was by far the fastest player on the floor, and it was impossible to trap him with the ball, he would just dribble thru the double, and triple team.
